Inspired by the designs of Lloyd Loar, this is my version of the f-hole, Florentine mandolin that has become the standard for many types of music. This one has a one-piece back of Bigleaf maple, and a one-piece top of Sitka spruce. The peg head overlays, bridge, and radiused fingerboard are Ebony.
